24/7 Building Security
Royal Centre has security personnel on-site 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, to safeguard the complex. The security control centre for the complex is located in the main lobby of the office tower.

For those travelling by car, our 24-hour covered parking garage is located beneath the Royal Centre and provides for easy access to the shopping Centre, our office towers and the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

Fitness Centre
Royal Centre boasts a state of the art Fitness Centre specifically for the use of the Office Tower Tenants. The facility includes an exercise room equipped with treadmills, rowing machines, stationary bicycles, elliptical machines and universal weight machines, among other apparatus.
Men’s and Women’s change room are also available within the Fitness Centre and include showers, washrooms and day-use lockers.
Hours: 6AM to 8PM, Monday through Friday.
Tenant Washrooms and Shower Facilities
Located on the lower retail level (R2) of the Royal Centre mall
Tenants requiring access must email the Royal Centre Management Office so that the appropriate access may be applied to their existing access card.
Secured Bicycle Parking
Bicycle storage is located in the parking garage on level one (P1) and is free exclusively for tenants of the Royal Centre. Tenants will be required to sign a Bike Storage Agreement with Imperial Parking and access is via security access card.
Royal Centre and its affiliates shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to bicycles, however caused or incurred. Please note that bicycles are not permitted in the office tower or other common areas of the building and must be walked down the parking garage ramp to level one.
mobi | Shaw ) Go
Located at the Melville Street entrance, the mobi | Shaw ) Go bike share service makes public bicycles available for shared use to individuals on a short-term basis. The bikes can be unlocked from one station and returned to any station in the system, making bike share ideal for short, one-way trips.
Shoe Shine Services
Conveniently located on retail level 1 (R1), Joe’s Shoe Shine service is available Monday through Friday.
