Tips for Working at Home During Quarantine

Are you working at home these days? If so, you’ve landed on the right post! We’ve curated a list of tips to help you boost your productivity:

+ Try to go to bed, and wake up at the same time each day; forming a healthy routine is crucial.

+ When you wake up, shower & get ready for the day (AKA avoid working in your PJ’s all day - despite how cozy it may be 😉).

+ Set up a designated workstation (that’s not your couch or bed!).

+ If space and budget allows, we recommend having an external monitor so you can project your laptop through an HDMI cable onto a bigger screen (this makes a huge difference!). The same goes for a keyboard - there are some great wireless options out there.

+ Take breaks, and set boundaries on hours. It’s easy to slip into working longer hours and not getting up for movement - but, it’s important to do so for both your body and mind.
